Stopped in for cleaning supplies, when I went out to leave my trike would not start. I was just asking about a new battery at the parts department since my trike was 6 years old. My wife and I were getting ready for a tribe to Ohio to visit our son in the US Air Force. It had to be karma that the trike would not start when we were leaving. The service department was fantastic took the trike in with little notice and replaced the battery. I cant say enough about the people at Valparaiso Harley.
